1. All SL Jewels orders arrive gift wrapped and ready to go. We are happy to include a personalized gift card on request, free of charge. 2. Send an email to sales@sl-jewels.com or send a SMS to 91820712. 3. State your name, mailing address, contact number, product (eg:B091). 4. We will send you an email or SMS within 2 days to confirm your order. 5. For confirmed orders, the email or sms will indicate the payment amount and the delivery method. 6. Orders will be sent via postage, normal post $1. 7. Postage transactions are to be made through POSB/DBS transfer. 8. Orders will only be mailed out 3 working days AFTER your payment is received. 9. Self-collect (Free ! Collect at 3 Sin Ming Walk, The Gardens At Bishan.) 10. Orders will be reserved for 5 days upon order date for self collection. 11. No refunds are allowed.
